02What data I process

• Contact form: your name, email address, message and the inquiry types you select.
• Website visits: the hosting provider automatically records technical data in its server logs, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser and device type, and the referring page. Netlify Analytics uses these logs to produce aggregate visit statistics. They are anonymous, use no cookies and serve only to count traffic.

03Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your inquiry and any communication before a possible contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Running and securing the website (including protection against spam and abuse) and anonymous visit statistics: my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name and email address I cannot reply to you. I do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

04Recipients and processors

• Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting, contact form handling, server logs and visit statistics. Data transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Netlify automatically filters form submissions for spam.
• Google (Google Workspace): the email service where messages from the form are received.

I never sell your data and do not use it for marketing.

05How long I keep it

Messages from the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or our collaboration, and for no more than 2 years after our last contact, unless a business relationship requires a longer period (for example, accounting obligations). After that, they are deleted. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider only for a limited period under its own retention rules.

06Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing, in particular processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, just email adrian@ap3dvfx.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), dataprotection.gov.sk.

07Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no cookies at all: no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. It also stores nothing in your browser’s local or session storage. Fonts, scripts, images and videos are served directly from this website, not from third parties. Links to Behance and Instagram take you to external sites, which have their own privacy policies.

I may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
